The story

Twenty-five years. Every kitchen in Texas.

Chef Lesly Lammons cooked the line at H3 Ranch in the Stockyards. Ran the pass at McCormick & Schmick’s Austin. Fed spa guests at Lake Austin. Worked backstage at music festivals. Out west, she cut her teeth at Reata in Alpine and 12 Gauge in Marfa. El Centro trained — three degrees in culinary arts, pastry, and hospitality. Now she’s back in Fort Worth, plating every box by hand for offices that stopped settling for food made in a hurry.
